At Dolby Drums, we want to ensure you are perfectly tuned to your new gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronics within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
